WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT AND WHAT WE USE IT FOR?
Order a taxi by phone
When you order a taxi by phone at +359291119, for the purpose of our services we require that you provide us with your phone number and the pickup address. In addition, for the purpose of our business and accountability, we record your route and the destination of your trip, as well as other additions - method of payment, transportation of pets and any information provided to us by the user of the service. Upon arrival of the taxi at the pickup address, we send an SMS that contains the company number of the car and the preannounced destination. If you order a taxi by phone, conversations are recorded in order to improve the service.
For your convenience, in a subsequent phone call, and for our accountability, we store at our system your phone number and the latest orders and places from which you called a taxi.
Please note that in case you do not want your data to be stored and used by us in your subsequent use of our services, it is not technically possible to delete from our system automatically the routes you travelled. That is why it is necessary that you request deletion of data for a certain period, sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, however, that this will result in loss of information about your orders and will not have a rating in our system. Data may not be deleted if, by virtue of a special law or legal requirement of a state institution, we are obliged to keep it.
Order a taxi by mobile application
You can also order a taxi, using our mobile application Yellow Taxi. For the purpose of registration at our mobile application (Google Play application), you provide us with your two names (you are allowed to use a nickname as well), e-mail address, phone number and pickup address. In addition, for the purpose of our business and accountability, we record your route and destination, to which you travel.
Please, note that in case you do not want your data to be stored and used by us for your subsequent use of our services, it is not technically possible to delete from our system automatically the routes you travelled. That is why it is necessary that you request deletion of data for a certain period, sending an email to email@example.com. Data may not be deleted if, by virtue of a special law or legal requirement of a state institution, we are obliged to keep it. Please note, however, that if you delete the data you submitted to our mobile app, i.e. your account, you will not be able to use this service anymore and you should register again upon the next use of our mobile app.
Order a taxi by Viber
You can order a taxi to Yellow 333 AD, using our Viber chatbot. For the purpose of registration through Viber, you provide us with your name (you are allowed to use a nickname as well), phone number and pickup address. In addition, for the purpose of our business and accountability, we record your route and the destination of your trip. Viber encrypts your messages and they cannot be traced back to you, so you cannot be individualized by third parties.
Please, note that in case you do not want your data to be stored and used by us in your subsequent use of our services, it is not technically possible to delete from our system automatically the routes you travelled. Order a taxi by online platform
Through our web platform of Yellow taxi you can also book a taxi. You can use the registration or book anonymously without registering. Upon registration you provide us with your name (you are allowed to use a nickname as well), e-mail address, phone number and pickup address. In addition, for the purpose of our business and accountability, we record your route and the destination of your trip.
Please, note that in case you do not want your data to be stored and used by us in your subsequent use of our services, it is not technically possible to delete from our system automatically the routes you travelled. That is why it is necessary that you request deletion of data for a certain period, sending an email to email@example.com. Data may not be deleted if, by virtue of a special law or legal requirement of a state institution, we are obliged to keep it. Please note, however, that if you delete the data you submitted to the web platform, you would not be able to book a taxi without registration, which will result in the loss of priority.
For the purpose of our services, we use the international system Autocab, www.autocab.com. If you booking is confirmed, data specified by you is securely saved in the Autocab online booking system, which also complies with all the requirements for personal data protection in accordance with the applicable European legislation. The data stored by Autocab is stored on a server within Europe. Autocab fully respects all our instructions regarding your data and its storage.
It might be possible, from time to time, that we use and analyze aggregate information (collective data relating to a group or category of services or customers, from which the individual customer identities or characteristics have been removed) collected through the analytical data provision, so that we can administer, support, improve, and develop our services.
In addition to the above, in regard with your specific requirements to us, we might occasionally record some details, such as details for people with health problems or disabilities, number and age of children and/or data on pets. Such an information is stored by observing all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect it, as well as the requirements of the applicable legislation.
If you want to use the service payment by a POS terminal when the car allows that, your credit/debit card data might also be recorded in order to provide you with the services you have requested. This operation is carried out by means of a card reader, run by Pay Pal, www.paypal.com, in accordance with the applicable laws on the personal data protection.
Regarding the use of services for ordering a taxi by mobile application, by Viber, and by online platform, please, note that it is possible these platforms to collect information about you and you should check the respective privacy policies of each platform (e.g., Viber, Google Play). The information received from you is securely saved in the Autocab online booking and management system (as described above).
When you book a taxi, your data is used responsibly by our operating staff solely for providing the service. The operational staff, including drivers, was trained and we control the staff for the compliance with our rules for personal data protection. Processing of all your personal data is based upon our internal policies to protect the data that correspond to the current applicable national and European legislation in this field.

When you fill out our client survey, it is possible to provide us with other data at your discretion. We store only the information that we need to communicate back to you. Additionally submitted personal data shall not be processed and stored.

When you visit our websites, we collect standard information for the Internet log and details about the behavior patterns of visitors. We do this to discover information such as number of visitors to the different website parts. We collect this information in a manner that does not identify anyone. We do not attempt to verify the identity of visitors to our website, using the data collected in this way. We do not associate any log data, gathered from our websites, with the information for personal identification from any source.
